End User License Agreement

This EULA covers the WoS-Bot Pro Windows desktop application binary. Installing or running the binary constitutes acceptance.

1. Licence grant

Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service and an active subscription (or, for the lifetime SKU, a one-time payment), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You will not, and will not permit anyone to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application;
• Modify or create derivative works of the application;
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the application or any portion of it;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices on the application;
• Use the application to develop a competing product or train a model on its inputs or outputs.

3. Updates & telemetry

The application includes an auto-updater (Velopack) that downloads and installs updates in the background. The application also uploads anonymized crash and performance telemetry by default; this can be disabled in-app.

4. Third-party software

The application bundles open-source components (Avalonia, .NET runtime bits, ADB) under their respective licences. Notices are included in the application's About pane.

5. Termination

This licence terminates automatically when your subscription ends, you breach this EULA, or we terminate your account. On termination you must uninstall the application.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The application is provided as-is without warranty. Our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
