Terms of Service
Effective 2026-04-27. This is a plain-language summary written by the founder; it is not legal advice. For binding interpretation, consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
These Terms govern your use of the WoS-Bot Pro desktop application, the wosbotpro.com website, and any associated services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or installing the application you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (16 in most of the EU, 18 in most US states). If we offer the Service in your country at all, you are responsible for complying with local law.
2. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@wosbotpro.com if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Use the Service against game accounts you do not own or do not have explicit permission to operate;
- Resell access to the Service to third parties without a separate written agreement;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or model weights;
- Use the Service to attack, defraud, or harass others;
- Bypass rate limits, license checks, or other technical protections.
4. Game compatibility & ban risk
Whiteout Survival is operated by Century Games. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them. We make no warranty that the Service will avoid detection or sanction by the game operator. You use the Service at your own risk; account bans are possible.
5. Subscriptions, billing, refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from the account portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Every new account includes a 7-day free trial for evaluation; paid periods are non-refundable except for billing mistakes — see the Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The Service is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the desktop application during an active subscription. We retain all other rights.
7. Telemetry
The desktop application uploads anonymized crash and performance telemetry by default. You can review what is collected in the Privacy Policy and disable telemetry in-app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. You can terminate by deleting your account from the portal.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Dispute resolution
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis under the rules of a recognized arbitral institution in our principal place of business. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
