Try before you buy

Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with the full script catalog unlocked and no card required — that is your evaluation window. Because you can test everything before paying, paid periods are non-refundable by default.

Billing mistakes

You can cancel any time from the account portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We refund clear billing mistakes — e.g. you cancelled and we charged anyway, a double charge, or our service was offline for the majority of the period. Email billing@wosbotpro.comand we'll sort it out. Statutory consumer rights in your country are unaffected by this policy.

Lifetime tier

The lifetime SKU is refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not already received a major version update. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
